Meegan Field, Dietitian & Nutritionist 
Meegan Field is an Accredited Practising Dietitian (APD), and Accredited Nutritionist (AN) and a recognised member of the Dietitian's Association of Australia (DAA). She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Science from Macquarie University, a Master's Degree in Nutrition & Dietetics from the University of Wollongong and a Master's Degree in Community Health from the University of Sydney.
Since 1999, Meegan has been providing friendly, practical, personalised nutrition advice to clients all across the Central Coast of NSW. She is well known in the area with 15 years experience working as a Clinical Dietitian and Nutritionist in public and private hospitals, nursing homes, community health centres and in private practice.
Meegan has extensive experience in providing professional advice to a vast range of health conditions and diseases including and not limited to her passionate interest in aged care, malnutrition, weight loss surgery and also in the area of food service management.
With a realistic approach to setting achievable goals, Meegan will help support you through changes that are tailored to your lifestyle and preferences to help improve your health. She will help you to discover that "it's the small changes that make a huge difference", and learn that eating for better health is not about "a diet" but with expert, professional advice food can be made simple, healthy, delicious and enjoyed!
